She has spent the last 11 years as a mortgage executive, leading origination, processing, underwriting, closing and funding teams to excellence. Diana has demonstrated industry knowledge time and time again and brings a sound operational and strategic background to the First Coast Mortgage Funding team, with a proven ability to thrive in start-up and well-established organizations, build and develop teams, deliver growth and improve processes.

Her experience and expertise over the years has allowed her to establish strong realtor and builder partnerships throughout the First Coast and into neighboring states where she is licensed to originate and can attract and train talent to top notch organizations. Her many years in the industry have confirmed for her that being directly involved in the homebuying experience through originating is where she is most passionate, as she believes that through communication, providing a first-class experience and a smooth process, the buyer can focus on the excitement of purchasing a new home.

Diana is a proud mother of two, Michael (10) and Briella (8), and would say that family is what matters most to her.
